The First Thing First, Be Born Again
There is a person named Jesus who claims to be the Son of Man and the Son of God. What do you intend to do about this man’s claim?
Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
John 16: 5-6 ESV
What does it mean to be born again?
Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life.” John 3:5-6 NLT
If you want to have eternal life with God the Father in Heaven and a more abundant life here on earth, then you must go through Jesus. He is the only Way! But the first thing first, pray and ask Jesus into your heart, and He will take care of the rest.
And pray something like this. . . Billy Graham prayed this way:
Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. Amen.
